I thought that I would write a series of blogs about Pilates. In January and February each year we get an increase in the number of enquiries about Pilates. This is mainly because people wish to start off the new year with a bit of a fitness kick! We also get a steady stream of enquiries and bookings throughout the year as people contact us because they have been recommended to do Pilates by another health professional.
